1. Acceptance of terms

Orama (the "Service") is operated by Nova Corporation, a Swiss company (nova-corporation.ch). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Right to use the Service

Subject to these Terms and, where applicable, to your paid subscription, Nova Corporation grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use Orama. You may not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense or redistribute the Service or its content;
  • decompile, reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service;
  • remove any copyright or proprietary notice;
  • use the Service in violation of any applicable law or in a way that disrupts other users.

3. User accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication. Notify us immediately at contact@orama.li of any unauthorized use.

4. Your content

Content you create in Orama (tasks, projects, notes, etc.) remains yours. You grant Nova Corporation only the limited rights needed to host, process and display that content in order to provide the Service. You can export or delete your content at any time.

5. Prohibited activities

You agree not to use Orama to:

  • harass, harm or distress any person;
  • transmit unlawful, obscene or offensive content;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
  • disrupt, overload or impair the Service.

6. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. AI-generated suggestions are provided for guidance only.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nova Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profit, arising from the use of or inability to use the Service. Mandatory consumer protection rights remain unaffected.

8. Modifications

Nova Corporation may update these Terms. Significant changes are communicated to users by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Swiss courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
